10.30 PMWalk around with Medium and Historian
11.05 p.m Garrison Room, temp 6.2 °C
On
the walk around with the medium Bronny reported that she had felt hot
and tearful in this area of the Castle. When the group congregated in
this area we sat in the main section in different areas calling out.
Apart from Bronny and Kelly hearing some random ticking which we could
not locate or recognise we didn’t experience anything else that was
strange.
We decided to move to the solitary cell. We set up a
trigger object with a bowl and cup from the cell. We placed them on a
sheet of paper and drew around them (unfortunately later in the evening
when we went to check this out it had been moved back to its usual
place and the cell was locked - not by a spirit unfortunately!!!)
We
started with calling out but did not experience anything, so Nigel
suggested that we stand in a circle. Joining hands we began calling
out. We experienced a drop in the temperature and Bronny sensed the
smell of “wee”. Moments later a few others smelt this as well. Aaran
also felt like there was a hazy mist in the room.
We asked if
there were anyone in the room with us, and asked if they could move the
trigger object. At this point Stacy felt like she had seen something
brush past her into the corner of the room towards the trigger object.
The group also felt like the circle was swaying for no reason that we
could explain.
11.45p.m. Chapel Room, temp 7.5 °C
The
group congregated in the far room in the Chapel and sat down on the
floor. We began calling out. Kelly noticed what may have been a
flickering light in the far room opposite, however this could have been
caused by outside influences such as a passing car.
One of the guests also smelled fresh cut flowers in this area.
Other than this we all felt very calm and peaceful in this area and did not feel like anything untoward could happen in there.
12.15a.m. The Mezzanine
The
group stood in this room and began calling out. Everyone had an uneasy
feeling in this room. It had a very oppressive feel to it.
Kelly
reported the sense of her feet being cemented to the ground, a heavy
feeling. Stacy also confirmed that she felt this as well, and explained
it was like having heavy metal boots on. The group all felt rather
sickly in this room, particularly Stuart who complained of stomach
pains and a headache and heavy head. The rest of the group also felt
like they had heavy heads. Aaron reported that his left hand was icy
cold. When Kelly moved to the same area of the room as him she also
felt this sensation. Bronny felt that she was attracted to the far wallin this room, as if something was behind it or that it was built a bit
later than the rest of the castle.
The medium Tracy joined the group in this room along with Kris, Sue and the guide from the Keep.
Tracy
explained that she had picked up a female spirit in this room. The
female had been tortured by a man in here which explains the oppressive
feeling. She would be on her knees in this room, and Tracy had the urge
to drop to her knees. This would explain why we all had a heavy feeling
in this room. She explained that the man would rush into the room and
brush objects off the table and then hit the woman and hit her head off
the floor. This, she explained, was why the group were experiencing
heavy heads. Tracy suggested that the cold hands that Aaron and Kelly
were experiencing could be connected to the man sweeping things off the
table and hitting the woman. She also explained that Bronny could have
been attracted to the wall because the woman dreamt of escaping this
place, dreamt of what could be on the other side of the wall.
Queens Room
The
group then moved into the connecting Queens Room. The group did not
report any strange feelings in this area. However Tracy, who was still
with us, picked up on 2 spirits; a young girl of approximately seven
years old and a boy of about eleven years. She picked up the names
Anna/Annabelle/Annabella and John or Philip or perhaps John-Philip,
Philip-John. The little girl explained that she could not be seen by
people in the Keep although was often sensed. When people turned to see
who/what was behind them it would be Annabelle but she would not be
seen because she is so small. She also said that her brother would
often go around trying to pull pranks, move objects etc. Both of the
children were reported to be very happy and giggly.
1.15 a.m. School Room
The
group then moved into the School Room where Tracy called out. She told
the group to stand with their hands spread out as you could often feel
a tingling from the energy when a spirit in the room. Tracy picked up
on the spirit of a man. He was happy to watch the group but did not
want to show himself to us.
2.00 a.m. The Great Hall 10 °C
All
the groups came together and we all formed a circle. Kelly suggested
that one of the strangest things about this room was that it felt the
coldest of all the rooms, but the temperature reading was one of the
highest. This could be explained by the fact that we were tired so our
bodies felt colder, or that the sensor hit off something warmer???
We
joined hands and Tracy, Sue and Nigel all called out at different
points. Tracy picked up on a spirit of a man who was walking around the
group. Tracy explained to the group that she was working on
transgression (?! - not sure if this is the word), and explained that
this is where she takes on the voice, facial expressions and breathing
of the spirit she is communicating with. She then began to
transgress(?) with a spirit called David. Her breathing became heavier,
her face appeared to age and widen and her voice became weaker. David
said that he was 75, and it was the year 1485.
After this Stu reported that he had been attracted to the balcony. Kelly also felt attracted to the Kings Chamber.
2.30 a.m. Kings Chamber
The
group reconvened and took some chairs into the Kings Chamber where a
table was set up with a glass. Nigel stood and observed while the other
members of the group put their fingers on the glass and called out to
ask if anyone was there and asked the spirits to push the glass. The
glass moved after a few moments and the group obtained which movement
was “yes” and which was “no”. Immediately we discovered that we were
communicating with a spirit of a young girl. We asked if this was
Annabelle, the spirit that Tracy had picked up earlier in the evening.
The answer to this was “yes”. We asked if she would show herself but
she said no, because she was too shy. The glass suddenly stopped moving
so we assumed Annabelle had decided to leave us.
Stuart then
stopped taking part and stood up to observe whilst Nigel took part.
Another spirit came through very soon after the first. After obtaining
the movement for yes and no we asked if the spirit was connected to the
Keep. We were given the answer no. We weren’t comfortable with this so
we asked the spirit to move away from the table to allow another spirit
to come through.
The third spirit was that of a woman who was
connected to the two children in the Keep. We asked if she was a
teacher to which she answered yes. When asked if she was happy she said
she was, but when we asked her if she was happy with us being there she
said no. We decided at this point to move from this area. We thanked
the spirits for communicating with us and promptly left that area.
Afterwards Stuart said that he had a horrible feeling that something
bad had happened in that area, and the others in the group agreed that
they also felt uneasy there.
2.55 a.m. The Galleries
We
ended the evening on the Galleries. This was where the group felt the
most hysterical. Everyone had a feeling that there was something on the
corridor with us. We walked around slowly all feeling very uneasy about
being up there.
We stopped in one area and joined hands to call
out. Kelly reported that something brushed across her face at one
point. After a while of calling out and not getting anything we decided
to end the investigation.
GROUP 2
11.15 PM GLASS EXPERIMENT IN THE MAIN HALL
MALE:
wanted to communicate with Paula as she reminded him of his daughter. Paula felt very sad and started to cry at one point.
FEMALE:
We
communicated with a lady called Marion age 14/15, who worked in the
castle. She died after a long term illness, although remind happy
throughout her life but sometimes alone. Nicola picked up on the name
Mary. Wendy and Paul picked up on the name Marrion. Glass spelt out
Marrianne.
12.30 PM CHAPEL
We went into the Chapel and
didn’t feel much other than everyone picked up on the smell. We decided
to move onto the Garrison and come back here later.
12.45 AM GARRISON
We
all felt a little uneasy when we first entered the Garrison. We decided
to split into two smaller groups. Steve, Wendy and Paula went into the
top room of the Garrison. While they were in the room, Steve saw a man
who was dressed in a tunic (battle dress) but looked raggy. Wendy could
see his shadow at the same place as where Steve could see him. Paula
could sense him and every time she closed her eyes she saw a tall
man/medium build. He was constantly staring at her, she felt
uncomfortable and shaky. I stayed downstairs with Nicola and Shelly in
the main Garrison room - we all felt fine in here and didn’t witness
anything. The guests said that they felt calm and safe. We decided to
go back into the Chapel.
01.00 AM CHAPEL
While the others
were still in The upstairs room (Garrison) I decided to go back into
the Chapel with Nicola and Shelly. Now this room has always have a very
calm feeling but not tonight. As soon as we entered the room there was
a horrible stench, which later turned into a fruity smell, which was
odd. We kept being drawn to the door which was tucked round to the back
(which leads to street level). As we crept closer we kept hearing
little taps on the door, we asked spirit if that was them doing it,
could they repeat it, which they kept doing. Then there was one HUGE
bang and we all ran out, me included, which was pointless, but even I
got scared at that one. Nicola had a pain in her head which kept coming
and going.
02.30 AM INTERPRETATION ROOM
I stayed with
Nicola in the Interpretation room, we sat and chatted and heard 2 taps
but nothing else happened in here. Very quiet again.
Steve took
Wendy, Shelly and Paula down into the Mezzanine. They came running up
and said that they all had witnessed an Orb (with vision - not on
camera) They watched it float onto Steve’s hand then float away
again.By this time we were joined by Tracy so we all decided to go back
downstairs. As soon as we went down there was a very strong smell of
alcohol which we could all smell. Tracy picked up on a gentleman who
would walk between the corner of the room and the stairs. Paula said
she could feel things above her head, then felt as though she was
pregnant. Tracy immediately confirmed that she had mentioned this to
another team tonight.
Tracy said she could see the woman
kneeling in the middle of the room, facing the stairs, and this man
would control her (they were both royalty) controlled everything she
did, and what she ate etc. She had 4 or 5 kids but had also lost 2
children. One baby was stillborn which died within hours and another
was 3 - 6 months, this man killed the baby because the baby was
deformed - wasn’t perfect, not fit to be royalty. The lady was wearing
a mask most of her life. Not a real mask, but she would pretend that
she had a perfect, happy life, when really she had a very sad, lonely,
and violent life. The man would bang her face on the floor and rape her
and throw things at her. Tracy felt this lady took her own life. Tracy
also mentioned she felt sick and bloated and as though she was dragging
her body back up the stairs.
03.15 AM SEANCE
All the
teams joined together for a group seyonce in the kings chamber. Tracy
did some transfiguration and looked like an old man, and whispered a
few words, but could not hold the link for long.
